Terrific!
And thus, my humble retort…
Who Will Know
– the road –
Who will know
When ye arrive,
The road to go
Thus to survive,
A naïve human
Knowing not,
Be made follow
A dubious plot,
In a life hollow
Naïvely bought,
Tho contrived
Inimical deed,
The likes devised
For powers of greed!
Thank you, dear Jean-Jacques, for your much appreciated response on Alan’s poem. You have captured in your also terrific poem very well the danger of power and greed. Thank you for sharing . Groetjes Francina
